September 23,1933 as Luang Lee
Insurance Company Limited with
an initial capital of 400,000
baht.

In 1985, Luang Lee
changed its name to
The Navakij Insurance Company Limited,
which became registered in the Stock
Exchange of Thailand on 24th August,1990.
The Company's registered capital is
210 million baht with paid-up capital
of 200 million baht and financially
strengthened by surplus fund of more
than 1,000 million baht at present.
